From the previous article, you already know why SolvoLite was created.
If not — I recommend starting here:
SolvoLite: A Solution Born Out of Necessity
Alright, let’s continue.
Today, I want to invite those who are ready to walk this very first part of the journey with me — to take the next step.
Since SolvoLite is a CMS that I’m already using in real-world projects, feedback from people who actually need such a tool is incredibly important. I want to build this product together with its users — not alone in a vacuum.
What is SolvoLite Beta Testing?
Beta testing is a stage where real users gain access to the product and help identify bugs or issues before the official release.
Your feedback will help make SolvoLite more reliable, more intuitive, and better suited to real development workflows.
And I want to hear not only about bugs, but about what you are missing — what features would help you and your clients succeed faster.
Why is feedback important?
Every person who joins the beta contributes to building a product that:
- solves real problems for developers and content managers
- avoids unnecessary complexity and integrations
- can eventually grow into a strong competitor in the Supabase CMS niche
SolvoLite is evolving for the users.
Which means — you directly shape its future.
What do beta testers get?
- Early access to SolvoLite CMS
- The ability to influence development through proposals and feature voting
- Completely free usage throughout the beta period
- A pleasant surprise after release — exclusively for beta testers
- Additional rewards for those who stay active
The more impact you make — the more benefits you’ll receive!
- Direct communication with me as the developer
Everyone who contributes will be recognized. Every voice matters.
What do I expect from participants?
- Testing real usage scenarios
- Reporting bugs and suggesting improvements
- Sharing UX/UI feedback
- Not being afraid to report even the smallest issues
- Maintaining respectful and constructive communication
- Always remembering: quality of reports matters more than quantity
We are on the same side — you stand for usability, and I stand for making it happen.
How to join the beta?
Very simple:
- Fill out a short application
- Wait for confirmation
- Get access and onboarding instructions
- Start testing!
How long does approval take?
SolvoLite is still preparing for open beta.
So receiving your invitation may take some time.
I’m growing the platform gradually — keeping quality and stability as top priorities.
Can I use SolvoLite for client projects?
As long as SolvoLite is in beta — I do not recommend using it in production.
Why?
- Bugs may occur
- Some needed functionality may be missing
- There may still be security considerations
If you still want to try it — data migrations are supported…
But you will be doing it at your own risk
How will feedback be organized?
I am currently working on the best way to communicate with testers.
If you have ideas — feel free to reach out:
Future plans include:
- A clear bug reporting system
- Feature voting and prioritization
Example of a good bug report
- Where the issue happens, or steps to reproduce it
- Short description
- Detailed description (if needed)
- Screenshot or screen recording when possible
This helps fix the issue much faster
Why does your voice truly matter?
- Every feature is influenced by feedback
- SolvoLite is a practical tool, not a feature-bloated monster
- The community is part of the team
- I’m not a corporation — and every voice has weight
It would also mean a lot if you support SolvoLite on Product Hunt:
This helps the project grow and reach more users
